* Full bar of 10 blocks of ice with 2 martini luges in shape of a champagne glass for a 70th birthday party in Brentwood.

* Ice carving for the owner of Galpin Ford (one of the largest Ford Dealers in the world). This was a thank you party in his house for the employees.

* 3 ice carvings for Loma Linda university, which is well known for its' medical school.
